hot spots on feet

I'm walking more these days but I'm plagued by painful hot spots developing on the soles of my feet. Anyone use any quick fixes for this problem? Are there antiseptic patches that help? Any insoles that have been useful? Thanks!

Hello @chawk, Hoping someone with experience with your symptoms of hot spots on the soles of your feet can share what has helped them. I think I've read that a few members have found Vicks VapoRub provided some relief but not sure if it was for pain or hot/burning symptoms.
