hormone blood brain barrier issues

I have had terrible experiences with some hormone meds apalutimide almost got me killed and then they tried to put on xtandi which has the same blood brain issues. I do not know about zytiga is it as toxic as the rest. I have been on lupron for a year and had radiation for 39 weeks. psa .01 and holding well. is any of this safe
