HIPEC for ovarian cancer

I have stage 3b ovarian and am curious about the HIPEC procedure. I had a hysterectomy and debulking surgery in March 2024 and completed chemotherapy in August 2024. Now my CT scans show three small nodules on the abdominal wall that are ‘likely’ metastasis (which means they are). I’ll meet with my oncologist tomorrow but have read about HIPEC and am curious if anyone has had it for ovarian?

Have had laparoscopic surgery at Mayo. Was successful. Cancer moved to liver . Had liver dissection with Dr. Nagormy’s team. Was successful. This was done at Mayo.

Hi Katie, thanks for responding. Did you have the HIPEC procedure done with the laparoscopy?
