Hip pain after hip replacements

Hi. I had one hip replaced five years ago and my other nine months ago. I am very active, at the gym and playing pickleball. I never had any issues with my first one until two months ago when I felt severe pain in the groin while playing. Ice, PT and rest and it is better but still flares up. Now I am having severe pain in my new hip. Going back to the surgeon but wondering if anyone else has experienced the same thing.
