Hip and pelvis joint pain

Soft question when compared to what so many others are going through, but I know this is a safe place to ask. My treatments ended in October, 2024 and recovery has been okay /good- getting used to /adjusting for the bowel movements with the fiber, stool softeners etc. However, this week with the cold (I think), my pelvis and hip joints are making their presence known, with the pain cascading down my leg joints. I believe it is expected with the radiation, but once again I am shocked by the reality of it. I have been walking more (10,000 steps) but have considered scaling back a bit. I have not been able to get back into a stretching/yoga/tai chi routine yet, which I think may help but I spend much time lying down in pain. Any suggestions?
