High blood Cortisol but normal 24 Hour Urine/Saliva

Suspected Cushings so my cortisol was tested twice by blood, both being high but the 24 hour Urine came back normal as well as the 2 Saliva tests. I was never given any explanation as to what this means or what the next step is.

I’m assuming this is just a normal occurrence then?
