High AM cortisol with unexplained weight loss and lack of appetite....

Has anyone else experienced this problem?
AI suggests it could be early stages of adrenal dysfunction but I can find no information to support this.

Thank you.

Hello, how are you? If the cortisol alteration is already confirmed, I suggest you contact an endocrinologist who will be in charge of following the steps to determine why you have high cortisol levels.

Yes I have visited an endo but still need answers.
I am hoping to get advice from someone who has been in my shoes.
Thanks for answering!

I was a caregiver for my wife due to cortisol issues (ectopic Cushing's syndrome) so I recommend you continue seeing an endocrinologist. Elevated cortisol is a symptom of several causes.

That's my best advice.

Good luck.
