Charles @brotherchuckles80, You are not alone. Wished I would have done more research before I ordered Emma capsules earlier this year and took it for a couple of months with not much difference in my daily bowel movements and constipation. Pretty sure mine is due to a messed up colon made worse by a failed colonoscopy in 2022. I switched to another supplement that's similar function but much cheaper and it's only the good gut bacteria - Lactobacillus Acidophilus - Probiotic Supplement Supporting Digestive Health. Too early for me to tell on this one as I've only been taking it for a month or so and still have to resort to my occasional senna tea in the evening which gets me moving the next morning 🙃.

Hoping Emma might give you some help, if not, we are a day older and a little wiser and just need to remember to research, research, research... or ask our doctors 🙂 My new Mayo PCP has given me a few good suggestions, one being to take a senna tablet in the morning and the Miralax in the evening which has helped some.

I have to tell you John, I went against my own philosophy of research, research, research. I got caught up in the moment with that video. And I had just received a Father's day check from my son so I was not going to have to ask my wife to use our credit card. Darn! I am 81 and I did not need to add another year so quickly. it is funny that I tried calling them today to let them know that I have read a lot of negative stuff and that I hoped that I would be the lucky one.
