HELP! Why am I being ignored?

Have you posted a question for a person after reading their post and they never answer it or it seems you are being ignored? It might be they are not following the discussion and were never notified that you posted a question or comment. So here's something you can do to help - when you post a comment, reply or question directed at someone in the discussion you are reading make sure you tag the person by including their Connect username which includes the @ sign. You can see the username next to "Posted by" at the top of a post. Example - to make sure I'm notified just include @johnbishop in your post.
