Hearing loss post COVID

A week after my COVID symptoms began I started to experience severe dizziness, nausea, balance problems and loss of hearing. I was misdiagnosed with BPPV (vertigo) when I actually had labyrinthitis.

Due to the misdiagnosis, I did not receive timely treatment for labyrinthitis and have been left permanently completely deaf in my right ear.

Has anyone else experienced this?
