Healing from a bilateral 8 months ago

Hi,
Any info you will share will be most appreciated. I had a dehiscence open for 4 months on the left side. So, I'm 2 months closed on the left incision. The right side bad girl is fully healed though I have nerve pain, roping, breast ridge, scar tissue, pockets of lymphedema on both sides, and am itchy from healing. I do manual massage to help break down the scar tissue but clothing makes the itchiness worse. Is there a cream prescribed or not that has helped you?
