Headache and Fatigue

It has been a year since I finshed chemo and radiation for my right breast which I has mastectomy of. I have been in a stressful situation lately. Is the headache and fatigue common? What do I do to avoid that?

I've been on anastrozole for 26 days now and this is the first day I have had no headache and hoping they won't come back! The fatigue though continues AND I've started getting a little bit of disequilibrium. A cousin started hers before me and she advised me that her headaches settled down after about a month. I have noticed that walking helps with some of the aches and pains.
