Hatia hernia and Nissan fundoplocation

I had this surgery back on 11/28. Came home three days later I was back in the hospital with double pneumonia, low potassium and etc. I am four weeks in today and I can’t keep anything down. No food or liquids. I have been given all types of medicine. The doctor said nothing is wrong with wrap but I wasn’t throwing up prior to this. She is referring me back to the original gastroenterologist not sure why. Can this wrap be reversed and is it possible this is what is causing my nausea. I have lost almost 18 pounds in four weeks. This really has me depressed. I just want to be normal again.
