Has anyone tried the supplement “Back Biome?

It's just another scam preying on our hope to find something, anything that will help relieve some of our pain. Don't fall for it, nerves CANNOT be healed.

as mrmacabre says, nerves do not seem to be able to be healed. But much of neuropathy or neuritis is not from nerves that actually show damage in tests but from inflammation or an autoimmune response and supplements might help with that.

Some supplements show an ability to help with inflammation, like SPM which is chemically the same as our own bodies' SPM which helps resolve inflammation.

But bone biome is aimed at the gut axis and aimed at back stiffness and pain.

The ingredients which usually are aimed at neuropathy are Bvitamins, ALA and Alcar. But Bvitamins can also cause nerve damage. SPM helps resolve inflammation. LDN works on resetting the immune system...etc...

So first you need the tests to check for actual nerve damage then the tests to check for B vitamins etc and dang a whole host of other tests. Then you can decide with your doctor which supplement if any might help.

Mine started me on SPM; it helped, but I still have flareups with stress or virus exposure

What is SPM? Is it a supplement or prescription.

What is LDN supplement or prescription. My blood work is showing issues with my immune system. I see my doctor tomorrow about this.
