Has anyone tried Ivermectin or injectable peptides?

I just turned 40. I’ve had long covid since 2020 and I still am in bed 5 days a week and unable to work full time which is killing me! I’m so sick of being sick ! Has anyone tried these and if so doses you used? I have debilitating fatigue, and after work or lightly cleaning my house I crash for 4 days. Help!
