Has anyone noticed changes to their hair after Reclast?
I am noticing a few things, now past the initial troublesome side effects. Like drier hair that goes down the drain more when it’s washed. Which is a negative. But also, my neck, which has been bothering me for 6 years, due to my having only 1 of 7 good vertebrae in my cervical neck, no longer is stiff? I can rotate my head easily from side to side and up and down. And I am sleeping better, not waking up neck stiff.

I have just been diagnosed with Polymyalgia Rheumatica. I have been started on Steroids for 2 weeks and am not sure what I will be on after the 2weeks. I believe there is another drug that slows down the progression. However, May still require a low dose of steroid. I have osteoporosis and have been on Zolodronic Acid once a year for 3 years. I know steroids cause bone thinning. So one drug is strengthing my bones and one is thinning them! I am not sure what type of medication I can be on my poor bone will be so confused! I also cannot take any types of oral med like Residronate as I have Gerd. Any suggestions if any one else has this issue. Thanks
