Has anyone had uterine problems from anastrozole?

I have been on Arimidex for 4 months and a pelvic ultrasound revealed uterine fluid that will have to be biopsied...no fluid was detected 8 months ago, before I started the AI. I know uterine problems are associated with Tamoxifen, but am wondering if this is a rare side effect also of anastrozole.

Doing a cursory search, I did not find anything, but that certainly doesn’t mean that it couldn’t be related. @cashemire have you gotten the biopsy yet?
