Has anyone had this diagnosis a few years after TKR?

I had a TKR in January 2020. My knee is painful and I have a limp with outward hip pain. Doctor who did replacement has retired. Another doctor says my X-ray shows I have “abnormality with congruency of the joint and questionable deficiency of the polyethylene”. He ordered bone scan. Have yet to go back to see what he proposes. Has anyone had this situation?
