Has Anyone Had Supercharge Median to Ulnar Nerve Transfer

I had a reverse shoulder replacement three years ago and have numbness, tingling, lack of dexterity, cramping and weakness in my hand since then. I had a simple cubital tunnel decompression in December 2013, however, the symptoms have continued to worsen. Tests indicate there is compression in the elbow and the orthopedic surgeon I consulted said she could do a revision left cubital tunnel release with anterior submuscular transposition and supercharge median to ulnar nerve transfer. I am in my 70's and the surgeon could not say with any confidence that the surgery would help. I am not in constant pain and am not on pain medication. Has anyone had this surgery and has it helped?
