Has anyone had SIBO, EPI and a non functioning gallbladder?
Recently diagnosed with all three. Been put on Creon, and feeling a bit better. Super constipated and every day is a struggle. Don’t know what to eat. Exhausted. I drink 60% of my body weight daily, but I’m told I’m dehydrated. How can that be?!?! I Just want my old life again. Anyone else been down this road?

In October-November, 2023, I was diagnosed with EPI and Collagenous Colitis, and my gallbladder was removed in 2013. Creon was a major improvement for me, and I have since added FODZYME - an over-the-counter digestive enzyme powder that targets fructans (contained in fibrous foods like garlic, wheat, asparagus, etc), lactose (in dairy products) and oligosaccharides (mainly beans, some nuts and oats). I've found that adding this increases my ability to digest foods that otherwise would trigger my colitis, and may help with EPI as well. However, we are all very different and what works for me may not work for you. It is all, unfortunately, trial and error, and it is exhausting/frustrating. Good luck!
Regarding FODZYME, is it this one on Amazon in the USA ?
"FODZYME® Home Kit Digestive Enzymes for Gut Health, Low FODMAP, Relief for Bloating, Helps with Sensitivity to FODMAPs like Garlic, Onion, Bread & Dairy, 30 Dose" at $79.99?
Yes, that's what I take. It's pricey but I believe it is helping me.
