Has anyone had a PRP injection for gluteal tendinopathy?

I have glute tendinopathy on both sides. I was wondering if anyone has tried PRP injections?

I know PRP can be helpful for gluteal tendinopathy, but I'd do shock therapy first because it's non-invasive.
Good luck!

@spillihped I know Softwave and Shockwave stimulate the cells to heal but does it last? Do you think you will have to keep doing when you have collagen depletion causing tendinopathy? I would like to try it.

I don’t know. So far, so good. I am taking collagen and creatine so perhaps those will help. Time will tell. Last shock therapy was in September.
Fingers crossed.
