Has anyone had a procedure using the coflex clip

I've had a Laminectomy done in 2010 on L3-4 and L4. Since then, minimally invasive surgery on L1-2 and L2-3 ,which has not given me much relief if any. I still have pain in front of my thighs making it hard to walk.My surgeon has offered to go in and do more extensive surgery in that area and use 2 coflex clips. I still have problems with L5 being compressed (my only choice there is fusion)
Since I have spinal fusion and this would be my 3rd surgery and doesn't look like the last one, I'm really worried about having this procedure done.
Anyone having these coflex clips installed and their experience with this would be appreciated. Thank you
