has anyone had a problem with arthrofibrosis after TKR?

had manipulation under anesthesia, which helped, but surgery was 10 months ago and still very stiff and painful

New to this just now. Wondering has anyone else faced gaslighting, deflection or stone walling after a botched TKA? I'm 15 months post TKA with a surgically induced LLD and confirmed malalignment but have faced ridiculous levels of protecting their surgical colleague and institutional protection.

Hi psppsp. I had 120+° at 6 weeks. Upon wright bearing it decreased rapidly and I'm now at 90° with massive scar tissue. No consultant will stand up and examine why this is due to protecting their colleague. Im fact MUA was never even suggested to me.

Hi Ted,
When was your surgery?

REPLY

My right knee was done in 2021. My left was done April 2024 and it's been a catastrophe.
