Anyone have dilated pancreatic ducts and common duct but no cancer?

I've now been removed from the books but for 6 years I had endoscopies to monitor my dilated pancreatic duct then the appearance of common duct dialation too. I was initially given cancer nurse and told what organs were going to be removed in surgery and then nothing no blockage?? Found in MRI full body scan for fussing of my bones, am I literally just waiting for the cancer to form or is something else the cause

Yes I have two dilated ducts ,one in head and one in tail of pancreas. I also have two mucinous cysts on e head one tail. I’m waiting for a new in a week. Then the pancreas surgeon will make a plan to watch or do surgery to remove part or all of my pancreas. I’m terrified.

How were you diagnosed? I fear I have smthg similar. I have an EUS at Mayo Rochester next week and MRCP with secreten after that. I have bouts of pancreatits, pancreas divism, possible sphincter of Oddi…Mayo has me on Levbid & Mirtrazipine, also wanted me to take actigall for gallbladder slude but felt pancreatic pain after taking it. Lost 40 pounds in one year. Can barely eat. Cannot tolerate any fat. Scared to see what they will find

I had two EUS 2 years between them and numerous MRIs. The second EUS discovered two of my cysts have turned mucinous, that’s a precursor to cancer I have lost A ton of weight too. I’m taking Creon it’s a digestive enzyme. It’s very expensive, but it helps to digest food. My MRI next week will help my surgeon decide to cut or wait. I am so scared too. I wake up nauseated. I’m not ready to leave this life. I wish I could just wish it away Good luck to you. Feel free to contact me if you want to talk.
