Has anyone done combo xifaxan/herbal supporttreatment for SIBO?

It seems like there's a lot of information and research about sibo treatment that some times contradicts the other on best practices. Has anyone taken xifaxan with guar gum and a biofilm buster for 14 days? Was it successful? Also has anyone taken 3 or 4 rounds of antibiotics in a row and had successfully results? Then started a prokenetic and then added in an mmc? Does anyone get tested again after treatment? To see if its really gone? Does it come back or was it never really gone? Sorry, so many questions... the more I learn about this, the more questions I have. Thanks anyone who can share their experience.
