Has anyone been diagnosed with multiple bone spurs in Thoracic spine?
Has anyone had any successful treatment for multiple bone spurs in the thoracic spine? I have had severe pain for the past five years in the thoracic spine area and just had X-rays that showed multiple bone spurs along the thoracic spine. I have already had three lumbar surgeries and three cervical surgeries but I don't know anyone who has had surgery on the thoracic spine.

I had surgery two years ago on my thoracic spine to remove a cyst. Now have a rod and screws T3 to T7. My legs would just give out for no apparent reason and I would end up on the floor. Surgery went well and I am doing fine / my legs no longer give
Out on me.
Thank you for your response. I do not have any numbness or tingling but I do have lots of pain in the thoracic area. I have seen several spinal surgeons and none have recommended surgery. I don't think the bone spurs showed up on the MRI's so maybe with this new chest X-ray where they did show up, the surgeon's may have a different opinion. I am not looking for another spinal surgery but this has totally limited my life as I have to get into the recliner by 2 or 3 every afternoon to stop the pain and sometimes even laying down or reclining doesn't help. When they did your surgery, did they go in from the front or from the back? I have read they sometimes go in from either entry point.
