Thank you to all my virtual friends who have contributed to the Mayo Clinic Connection. Your generosity in sharing experience and lending thoughtful support has given me comfort during my early days of bc diagnosis and throughout this endless journey. Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving to you too! I’m grateful that despite all of the health challenges we all have, most of us are still able to enjoy life. Four years ago, I didn’t even think I’d be here today but things have been going better than expected. So, to sum it up in Thanksgiving terms, every day I have on earth from this day forward is gravy! Lots of gratitude here! Blessings to you all!

What a nice comment! Happy Thanksgiving to you too! You are right. This Mayo Clinic connection has been wonderful! It helped me and my husband with his lung cancer a lot! Despite our current situations we have a lot to be thankful to God for, especially health related due to the Mayo Clinic connection.

Just like the Pilgrims celebrated and gave thanks to God because they finally had successful crops and deer and turkey abounded everywhere! Not to mention the wild cranberries growing all over! They had more food than they could possibly eat so they invited the Indians to join them for dinner. Also they gave thanks because God had made it possible for them to finally get through the coming winter without starving to death!
