Hands and forearms hurt and for cramps

No diagnosis seen 6 Dr's no diagnosis. going to mayo clinic October. Chronic foot cramps. Calves and thighs intermittent. Feet feel like I have walked 12 miles. Hands and forearms hurt and burn. I used Grok on X to help me with my symptoms. I have others but the short of it Grok says small fiber neuropathy. I used to have fibromialgia and chronic fatigue 10 years ago. They gave me a hand full of pills, but they didn't fix me. Went on keto lost 100 pounds, no meds and I have been great 10 years. I don't feel like I have fibro again this is different. Life change, retired and started a homestead. Hard physical work. I work through the pain with no pills. Rest mostly on Wednesday and Sunday. Feet can cramp any time off the day. Mostly at night 1 or 12 cramps a night one for both feet at the same time. Labs look great . Not electrolytes imbalance.

Possibly Restless Leg Syndrome. The great thing about Mayo is that they will bring various specialties into play. My suggestion is that you make sure that a neurologist is one of those.

Leg and foot pain can be very difficult to diagnose because it can be referred pain. I had a bad left hip and a lot of left knee pain. After I had my left hip replaced, the knee pain went away. I am currently awaiting a total knee replacement on the other side and I have been having foot and ankle pain which my knee doctor and my pain doctor believe is likely referred pain from my bad knee (I did have a foot & ankle surgeon take a look at it and made sure there was nothing major going on there).
