Going on Vacation with Neuropathy
I have neuropathy in my feet with balance issues so using a walker is a must for me. I would dearly love to go on vacation, anywhere, but I would need a person to give me fairly minimum support. Are there any organizations that have reliable people to do this. Obviously all expenses would be paid, I have no family to help me out on this. Any information or suggestions would be very welcome.
Thank you

Hi @thurlibier, I am fortunate enough to still have my number 1 travel companion with me and she's in much better health than I am. I did see a Traveler's Care ad that looks similar to what you are asking about and might be worth checking into - https://travelers-care.com/media-%26-reviews. There are also group tours for seniors if that might be something you would enjoy.

Have you thought about doing any group tours where you wouldn't be alone?
Hello,
Sorry about your condition and I can definitely understand wanting to go on vacation.
I am not sure which area you’re in, but you can do a google search with words that include travel/help such as:
organizations that provide travel/help companion for someone going on vacation
I hope this helps and I’m sorry I can’t help you further.
Take care and have a serene rest of your week,
gus
