Frontal lobe large meningioma has spread into sinus cavity

91 yr old with apathy and she cant feel feet when they are on the ground is in care facility unable to get out of bed herself using sit to stand machine she has had hip surgery to replace the ball and is healing well no pain...therapy is hard for her she shakes and cant control it is on 150 lacosimide 2 times daily ..and all they keep trying ssri and anti anxiety meds but no good results
