Free or reduced health care through Covered California/Medi-cal

My son will lose health insurance coverage from my work health insurance,he will turn 26 this year
There are 3 in our household, wife not working she is also under my work health insurance, my son not working.will not be claiming son as a dependent on tax
My income in 2023 is around $72,000
Would a parent income counts against child medi-cal eligibilty?
Does he count only himself on application under household?

That would be something he can look up on the California state website

Unless someone has been your same situation, in CA not sure this is correct place for California Medicaid answers. I would go to:
https://www.dhcs.ca.gov/services/medi-cal/Pages/default.aspx
Under Contacts, you will find phone number you can call for these type of questions.
