Fosamax Side Effect

I took my first dose yesterday (weekly pill) after finishing Evenity treatment, but after I went to bed, I experienced night sweats, followed by chills. Is this unusual? Also, after reading about drug, I found I took it wrong. It stated to only use tap water and I used zepherhills. Doctor never explained that to me. 😢 I had no idea.

I took Fosamax for years with bottled water. I hadn’t heard that!

Supposedly bottled or distilled water may contain calcium which reduces the drug’s effectiveness.
