Forteo question

I had radiation to the chest for breast cancer many years ago before the days of targeted radiation. It likely reached the spinal vertebrae. Is Forteo contraindicated for me because of this? My doctor is cautious and advises against it. I wanted to double-check. Please weigh in if you have any information in this regard. Thank you all so much for being there!
