Hello @1989checkmate, Welcome to Mayo Connect. I also had Acute Lymphoid Leukemia and would love to help answer any questions you might have. But I’m not understanding your comment about AML and marriage. Would you mind giving me a little more information please?

I would like to know whether I can marry someone as I had undergone ALL treatment

I can’t think of any reason you for you not to get married after having undergone treatments for AML. My husband and I had been married 45 years when I was diagnosed with AML. I went through months of chemotherapy and then received a bone marrow transplant to keep me in remission. That was 4 years ago. I’m now cancer free and feel as though nothing ever happened. Our life mates are important for companionship and support. Having had a serious illness shouldn’t prevent you from having a life partner.

Are you younger and concerned about infertility after having gone through chemo and radiation?
