Texas/ Ohio state was a surprise and never boring.

LSU/Clemson another good start

Lot’s of time to do other things during the long commercials.

Texas always get over hyped...but Ohio St does it where it counts, on the football field..Texas pre mature in announting Heisman to Arch Manning...but next week, Ut goes back to beating up Junior college and high school foes..and all will be right in Austin..at least for a while

I'm a born and raised Yankee burning daylight in Gator Country for the past 40 years. Sure do miss the Spurrier - Bowden rivalry.
Yesterday's score :
UF 55 - LIU 0!
LIU has an awesome punting squad.

I don't think Texas/OSU was a surprise 🙂 , at least not to OSU fans.

I was expecting a little more Texas offense with all the Arch hype. Maybe the bloodline skipped his dad and his 2 uncles got it all. 🤣

Texas may be Just living off the laurels from last year. Every year is different and Ohio State sure looked good against a really tough defense. It was annoying at times to see them constantly running and getting knocked down. Their lack of a strong passing capability was somewhat obvious, And maybe a problem in the future if they don’t straighten it out.

I played and coached college football. The NIL has ruined the sport. When you read that players are going to the school thats the highest bidder the so-called balance of power is gone. I’ll still watch it with hopes that the usual big teams like Ohio State go down and don’t make the playoffs.🤞

Agree, student athletes are regrettably long gone. Colleges now just a AAA minor league for the NFL. Takes much of the enjoyment out of watching.
