Anyone had fecal microbiota transplant (FMT) for Ulcerative Colitis?

Has anyone had the FMT transplant for UC? If yes was it successful? Thanks

@jjob73 Good morning. I found this older discussion with lots of information. If you change the setting from ‘oldest to newest’ to ‘newest to oldest’, you’ll get more recent postings.

Thank you and I was exploring all options. I have read that FMT have good results.

@jjob73 I found this article about FMT and ulcerative colitis. It does sound like a good possibility for you. I’m not sure the procedure is out of clinical trials, though.

We spoke about it. I am currently doing ok on Xeljanz but I am also on prednisone. So we discussed if it don’t work we might try FMT
