FLOT + Imfinzi (Durvalumab): What is immunotherapy like after chemo?
Does anyone have experience with Imfinzi (Durvalumab)? I’ve been on this immunotherapy during my FLOT chemo before and after surgery. What is it like to be on this immunotherapy after chemotherapy ends? I’m going to be on it monthly for 10 months.

I have NSC lung cancer and was treated with Imfimzi for 2/mo treatments for a year after completing chemo radiation. Treatments ended in Feb 2025 and now being scanned every 3 mos
Only side affect, other than some fatigue, was one bout of pneumonitis which pushed out a treatment and was cleared up with prednisone
@wklapp, I pulled your question into its own discussion. I hope you saw the helpful reply from @mgamga2003 who took Imfinzi (durvalumab) for lung cancer.
@wklapp, when will you be finished with chemo and on immunotherapy alone? How are you doing?
Thanks for connecting us. I had my last FLOT 2 weeks ago and will start Imfinzi by itself in 2 days. Very curious about side effects.
