Fibromyalgia & Fractured Lateral Malleolus and Calcaneus

I have fibromyalgia and broke my ankle and heel this weekend. I am in a lot of pain and curious if anyone has any suggestions on what to ask my pain management doctor for (looking for suggestions on what to reduce swelling).
