Failed neck fusions and severe pressure on head

I was crushed severely with the bucket of an excavator into a 2 in steel 1000lb methane tank 16 yrs ago , I had my 4th surgery on my neck 11 months ago , I have severe pressure on and around my head 24 hrs a day the longer I’m up the worse it gets going all the way down my spine , I’m now getting bulging discs on low back and affects my legs and walking , also my middle back so I can’t stay barely move or bend as the day goes on . The 4th fusion on my neck didn’t take , the pressure on my head is so severe it effects my ears ringing , my eye sight , walking , sitting , standing , I can’t stay in one position for longer than 2-3 hrs . The pressure feels like a big blood pressure cup is around my head and filled with as much air as possible, and like 1000lbs is sitting on my head and shoulders , my only relief is pain med and Xanax when I shake severely from pain and pressure - no one that I’ve seen or talked to has ever heard of what I’m feeling - no answers or help - just test after test - if anyone knows or has felt this way I’d sure like to know how they got help - I’m at the end of the line with doctors here - they just don’t know .
