Failed Elbow Arthroplasty & revision

Hello I am new to this forum. Years of football playing and hard work ruined my right elbow. It was "socked in" Bone upon bone and looked like Popeye's elbow. Had replacement but after a lot of pain and instability )I'd bring a fork to my mouth and it would move and hit me in the cheek (instability) If I rise out of bed using my right arm Wow! I see stars as it hurts so bad. had a revision but that failed and i am back to pain and instability.
New ortho suggests a third surgery or a "fusion" No fusion for me!
I suppose if it stays as is even though it hurts like heck, I will live with it. I am 71 have sleep apnea weigh 225 diabetic (controlled) and do not want another surgery unless...Thanks for any suggestions

BTW I am on another forum HW but other than postings on prostate cancer (which I have) there is scant postings about the elbow in fact other then me, none.
