Facial/temporal , ear and head spasms, tinnitus, vertigo and pain

I have been going through this a while. About 8 months ago I tried to take my life it hurts so bad and I couldn't get anyone to understand how bad it hurts. That was the worse episode. Its getting that painful again. I have a bunch of other health issues to. Already been diagnosed with an autoimmune diseases. Im an agent orange baby
