Experience with Osteostrong?

Has anyone had any experience with Osteostrong? If so, what was your take on it? Did it improve your DEXA score? Looking to help my spine without meds.

Agree, but was hoping for more.

After my first year of OsteoStrong, I had a 12% improvement in my spine, but none in my hips. After another year my numbers just stayed steady. I’m continuing on.
