Experience with Minuteman Procedure

I have dealt with sciatica for over 7 years with daily pain, and the past year, it has gotten increasingly worse. After 3 rounds of PT and continuing the stretches on my own, I went to a pain doctor. They did an MRI and found several problem areas. They tried two epidural injections, but neither worked. They are now recommending the Minuteman Procedure. Has anyone had this done, and would you share your experience and results?

I have been diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis and Lumbar Spondylosis. Pain doctor has recommended
Minuteman G5. Have had 4 injections. One about a month ago and it didn't help. Could someone comment
about a personal experience with the Minuteman procedure? How successful it was or not?
