Exercise bike recommendations for TKR rehabilitation?
Upright v. recumbent recommended by PT for better stretch. I agree, however looking for Brand, Model recommendations? Research taking too long, so any tips, experience, recommendations appreciated as I really need more bending work. Walking around house in NE winter not enough!

It's been three years since I had my right knee replaced but I bought a Teeter FreeStep Recumbent Cross-Trainer a few months prior to the TKR and it really worked well for rehabbing my knee and also let work my arms some too - https://teeter.com/freestep/. I also purchased a less expensive Sunny Health Row-n-Ride Squat Assist Trainer that helps me with doing a squat type exercise that does a good job using your body weight while exercising the legs and arms - https://www.amazon.com/Sunny-Health-Fitness-Row-N-Ride-Trainer/dp/B08SSFZN4P/.
I don't much like going out in the cold winter time to get exercise either. 😊
My PT said stand-up bike will give better bend, but thank you.
Not sure I would be standing up while riding the exercise bike but I'm old and don't want to risk making it worse.
"Physicians often prescribe the recumbent bike first to get you used to exercising after a knee injury due to it being easier to use than the upright bike. Riders on an upright bike can be tempted to stand up when riding, placing too much strain on the knee."

I meant upright, not stand up, sorry...no spin class! Just upright what I do at PT and if purchasing will get, also what I did pre op at gym. Just so many to choose from gets confusing!
