Evenity -has anyone developed high potassium levels

I have had one Evenity injection and in preparation for the second, the injection office requires basic blood work and Vit D. My Vit D and calcium are largely unchanged since before my 1st injection but the potassium level is high. Has anyone else developed it? I have periodically noticed having a slightly acid stomach with a headache since the injection.

I received a liver transplant in 2020. Potassium levels are normal. Liver enzymes normal for 4 years After starting evenity , those levels have climbed and are in the high range. Potassium has remained in the normal range. I am worried the treatment effected liver enzymes
