Evenity Amgen only co pay assistance card only last for a few months

Evenity Happy New Year to you and my Poodle "Bruno The Poodle" see photo for a touch of humor. Nonetheless, I am suppose to stay on Evenity for 1 year but my co pay assistance program through Amgen only last a few months (6 months) I am not sure if I can afford another 6 months out of pocket for Evenity.

Has anyone dealt with this similar issue of having to pay a lot of money for Evenity out of pocket with be thousands of dollars.

Or will 6 months versus a year on Evenity help my bones or do I go through 12 months and pay an outrageous amount out of Pocket?
