Esophageal motility problem requiring dilation and Botox injections

Interested in dilating myself. I have been dilated 4 times. 3 of those stretches included Botox injection. It has been going on 14 months. Having trouble again. Involuntary vomiting when asleep. Whatever you have waTER or food. Been trying to cut off everything after 5 or 6 pm. Get dehydrated. Water causes regurgitation. Been having swallowing issues for around 7 or 8 years now.
