Erectile Dyfunction

Hi, been on ADT meds for 7 years and not having any success in the romance department. Took 2 10 mg tabs of tadalafil with no success. Any recommendations would be very grateful.

Have you tried of considered Trimix? Thoughts ?

First, you wanna get a penis pump and get an erection on a regular basis so you can get your penis back to a decent length. Then you can use injections like bimix or Trimix To allow yourself to get an erection. If that doesn’t work, you can always get an implant. They seem to have about 90% satisfaction from people that have had it done.

That can get the apparatus to work. Using an estradiol patch, Not the full strength ones, Can reduce some of the side effects of ADT and also increased sexual desire.

Those are some options you can bring up to a urologist.

Sounds like those are the options the urologist should be offering.
