EOS Barrett's Severe Headaches

So I have EOS with Barrett's disease and I am on a proton pump inhibitor. Lately, the chest pain has been so bad, regurgitating food and vomiting hours after eating, I have to make myself, I can't stop it because of the discomfort and it does not help my condition. I get horrible Headaches throughout the day, what has been a concern is the severe headaches, has anyone experienced Headaches with this diagnosis?
