Energy after treatment

Hi
Wondering people's experiences that only had to have radiation as far as after treatment. It's been nine months since I completed my radiation for breast cancer And I just do not feel like myself.I am wondering if I Ever will get my energy back. I also have complications with fibromyalgia and I don't think.
Anyone anyone really explained to me how Radiation would affect that. I also Now have anemia from the radichin , which is not helping
